Hotel is in a good location, but it's starting to show its age. Classic wooden insides and non smart tvs. We complained about our room smelling like smoke and our bathrobes being ripped, to which the man at reception said sorry and then begin to try sell his river cruise. The “fixed” taxi also charged extra. Good hotel, but needs improvement

No room service no toilet paper in the bathroom the bathroom sink is falling off the counter the air condition sucks in the room had a water leak in the bathroom air conditioning was very hot didn't work I would not tell anybody to stay here

Overall, the hotel is good with breakfast and staff service. The housekeeping team is nice and friendly. The room is a bit old and needs to be renovated.

Upon checking they told me that Radisson Blu doesn’t participate in room upgrade with Expedia which was shocking to me as this is the same hotel I stay at many times a year every time I come to Bangkok

Love the location as I can choose to walk to either Asok or Phromphong BTS or Sukumvit mrt. There’s multiple malls around including latest Emshpere. Lastly many good foods in the alley worth exploring.

Overall good hotel, however couple things - no hot water in the morning. Also we didn’t want breakfast as we had to leave at 5:30AM and they wouldn’t refund us the cost.

This is the first time I have stayed at The Radison Blu. It is conveniently located on Sukhumvit Road. The property is kept up well. Nice swimming pool. The staff were great as well. I would definitely stay here when I come back.

Awesome hotel in good location.
Great hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. What I like best was the location. It is situated near Terminal 21 mall and BTS. As for the room, it was in good condition. Cleanliness can be improved but I am generally satisfied. Really love the bathtub too.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but not over the top. Very well situated for business. Exec lounge hours were a little restrictive though... food was there at 1600, but staff wouldn't let anyone touch it until 1700 on the nose. Rooms and breakfast buffet were excellent.
