Nice, quiet, budget friendly place in Bangkok. It is unfortunately not the best location - it will take about 30 minutes to get to major tourist spots but overall it was a really good experience. Staff were very helpful even with the language barrier and the food was excellent for breakfast. There is also a nice pool and a little gym.

Great, lovely room

It was lovely overall but I think the toilet wasn’t working as well as it could have been and nor was the sink as clean as it could have been but nonetheless it was a great room, great balcony view and space to hang out on the balcony too!

The staff were all very welcoming and had good interactions. The hotel itself is a little off the beaten path and not one taxi driver I rode with knew where the hotel was. This was not a problem, thanks to Google maps. The noise from the nearby freeway often sounded like there was racing going on at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast hours were descent (6:00 to 10:00) but if you arrive later in the morning, the food in the buffet is cold, and definitely tastes as if it has been sitting for a while. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, and we did stay there for two weeks.

This is not a good location for tourist. No way to experience Bangkok without taking a cab miles away. The building is old and dirty. The AC unit was dirty and made us sick. This was our last 3 days in Thailand out of our two week stay. The dining area was the only postive experience out of the hotel stay. We will not return to this location in the future. The most expensive for the worst property.

A few issues. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in Building 3, which we found out once trying to log in. That's an issue. The lighting is also suspect in the rooms. It was a cheap rate, so we got what we paid for. However, the staff -- particularly Gem who helped us with our bags and lined up taxis -- was OUTSTANDING. He made our review be 3 out of 5, otherwise we would've noted 2 out of 5 in our review. The hotel was also nice in letting us keep our bags in storage for a while while we toured the city after check out. That should also be noted.

Really tired interior and off customer service.

The Aircon only worked if we turned it off and back on again every hour or so, I had to wake up through the night to turn it back on. We were locked out of our room 1 hour before checkout and the staff said they could not issue a new key. Their solution was to send someone with us each time we needed to access the room, it was really awkward. There are appliances missing from the kitchen, where there was once a washing machine there's now just a big gap with visible plumbing, it's hidden in the photos behind the kitchen island.

Check A/C unit (full of dirty and filty dusts)

When you got your room here, check the cleanness of the room (including Air Conditioner, filty dusts on furnitures, unclean floor, or dirts in bathroom, etc.) and make sure to call the front desk to make your complaint clearly and loudly, to get a better room that we deserve. The hotel staff seem to keep me (a foreigner in Thailand) in humiliation and shame. As I got into the room, I checked and pointed the several places so filty, dirty, damaged, uncleaned in the room (especially A/C and its filter which was full of thick, dirty and filty layers of "black" dust or fugus). As I was checking, I kept taking pictures (as I speaking to the hotel staff). After all, they changed the room immediately.

Wer primär eine Unterkunft sucht, um von dort aus Bangkok zu durchstreifen, für den ist das Royal Suite Hotel vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis her durchaus empfehlenswert: Die Küchenzeile könnte für Selbstversorger etwas besser ausgerüstet sein - aber die Kleinigkeiten lassen sich schnell besorgen. Der Dachpool ist gepflegt und überraschenderweise still - trotz der vorbeiführenden Hochstraßen! EInkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt's zuhauf und mein persönliches Highlight: so gut wie keine Moskitos in der Ungebung! ;)))

車移動には便利な場所です

私が泊まった部屋はエアコンも新しく快適な空調でした。 場所は繁華街には隣接してませんがタクシーや車で移動は高速道路に直ぐに乗れて早く出来ました。 約１年間で４回泊まってます。

杖歩行の高齢者同伴の為、中心部を探していたが、ホテル詳細にターミナル21まで無料シャトルバスがあると記載があったため、決め手になったが、実際は最寄りの駅までしか無料シャトルバスが出ていなく、自力で高齢者が電車を乗り継ぎ中心部まで行くのは大変だった。４日間滞在したが、半日しか外へ出ることがなく非常に残念だった。この誤った記載は問題にならないのか？ 元気なら中心部から離れているが、近所に地元のマーケットがあり、生活はしやすい。 料理はできそうで、包丁がないためできない。バンコクへ来るまでに一週間違うところにいた為、料理もしたかったが残念。洗濯機が部屋についているが、干す物がなく、フロントに尋ねると少量だが干す竿を貸してくれる。中高生２名と大人２名では足りない。洗剤は持参するといい。 プールやジムは大きくはないが、満足だった。毎回プール用タオルが用意されているのが良かった。 スタッフもフレンドリーで話やすかった。ミネラルウォーターが毎日用意してあり有難かった。 朝食は毎回少しずつ変わり、タイ料理も頂くことができるし十分美味しかった。 部屋もきれいでした。

静かなところで快適です

アップグレードもあり良かったです。 エアコンの除湿機能が悪いのか部屋が湿気っぽい、じめじめするのが不快でした。タクシーの通りも多く高速道路にも直ぐに入れる場所なので車での移動は最適です。スタッフは親切に対応してくれるので分からないことが有っても安心でした。

Gutes Hotel, sauber und freundlich; S-Bahn oder Taxi Boot in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen... Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und werden tägl. gereinigt, der Pool auf dem Dach mit dem Fitnesscenter sind immer sauber...sehr gut zum relaxen! Leider ist das Restaurant nicht zu empfehlen (für die Qualität zu teuer!)... ich nehme an, durch die Pandemie wurde hier zwangsgespart. Wir sind abends immer nach Sukhumvit gefahren (20 min.) und dort in eines der Lokale zum essen! Ansonsten ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen... immer wieder gern! 👍

Hotel is good but not the location

Check in process was very lengthy and lots of mosquitoes in the lobby creates my family very uneasy in the midnight. The guy at the reception was very lazy and deal with a group of people all the time. Hotel room is quite comfortable but service is not that good and hard to get a grap taxi due to hotel location.
