I can only describe my room 550. Room was very clean large and comfortable. TV was large. Aircon was very effective and quiet. Room 550 is on the quiet side on the rear of the building overlooking a very nice outdoor pool. Breakfast is high quality with many choices. I have stayed here many times - 60 nights over 15 years for business.

Everything was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is not right in the city centre, so you do need to take a taxi or a bus to get there. My only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast, as it was a bit boring. It would be much more exciting to have dim sum and a wider variety of cakes in the morning! Also, it would be great if coffee capsules were provided in the room automatically without guests having to ask. I didn't ask for any for the first 8 days because I was using my own coffee, and I only realised later on that they were available. Additionally, I stayed in a connecting room and think the hotel should provide an extra proper chair for each room, instead of just a big stool, so guests can sit down comfortably. In the bathroom, it would be good to provide hand soap, as I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. On the positive side, the toilet flush was powerful, the shower pressure was strong, and the room was very clean. Whenever we asked the maids to clean up, they did a fantastic job!

Your room was very nice, the breakfast was awesome, the property was clean and the gym was nice in the pool was nice. Probably the only part that was difficult for me was the airport shuttle I arrived in Bangkok and no shuttle picked me up. When I left the hotel, I paid for my own transportation no shuttle took me to the airport. Not sure what a shuttle is good for if you can’t use it.

At the hotel for more than a month over two stays. MUCH better hotel than I'm used to, and I really have no complaints. Compliments to both housekeeping and desk staff. Used the pool every day. Plenty of hot water and the wi-fi was strong. Did not try the Chinese buffet, tho was tempted, but a variety of Thai and Korean restaurants within walking distance. Used Grab! rideshare to get around town. Expect to stay at SC in the future.
