location is so far so good, but easy to go to night market, either “the one Ratchada” or Jodd Fairs Rama9, but when you sleep, you can hear the noise easily, maybe the wall is too thin, so when someone talk or walk, you can hear it clearly. Hotel staff are nice and helpful but English is not so well, it’s ok.

Bliss!
Not our first time here and won’t be our last! Friendly staff that make you feel welcome and great service. Great food and not very expensive, a nice bar downstairs where you meet and enjoy the company of fellow travellers. We love it here…

This wasn’t our first time there and won’t be our last. Not the most central of hotels, but still only 20 mins ride from everything. But their service makes up for it..

Didnt loke the area recommendation for the food and thai massage was very disappointing. I wouldnt go back there for a massage. The staff was helpful, getting a taxi and i appreciated that. The hotel would not be on top of my list to go back.

My second stay here. The hotel's location is great, easy to access and enough parking. The room is good and clean. Staffs are nice and friendly. Recommended. I will be back in the future.

Reception was great - friendly and helpful staff. Room was simple, but clean. Mattress was firm-to-hard (not unusual in Thailand). Breakfast buffet offered variety and was good. They preferred the room deposit in cash (1, 000 baht Mar. 2023) and returned it at checkout once the staff inspected the room, which was fast. Easy & safe walk to really good local restaurants, McDonald's, 7-11, & Au Bon Pain. Close to bus & train. Covered garage. Very nice, easy, affordable start in Bangkok.

Excellent value as far as our room and breakfast. It's within walking distance to a few nice restaurants and familiar fast food.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Check-in and out was smooth. Hotel location is within walking distance to MRT station. 7-eleven on the doorstep and family mart is also nearby.

The only issue I had was having to pay for towels and pillow cases that had hair dye on then that could have been soaked to clean them or clean them and reuse until the end of my stay instead of having to pay for the items two times. I wish that offer would have been made versus taking money both times for the hair dye

Overall pretty satisfied with our stay. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was a great accommodation. Hotel room is clean. Staffs there are friendly and helpful. There is a cafe which is good to chill in. Housekeeping was great too. Location is slightly away from central, which is good for people who prefer less crowd and away from the city area. There is 7-11, family mart, Noodle Stall, McDonald's and a mini mart in walking distances. To improve: Aircon temperature wasn't consistent, same for their heater.

The staff were fantastic. Check in was easy and fast. The room was perfect for our stay. Only negative was the thin walls. A lot of Chinese tourist stay here. They were very loud in the hall way. Shouting to each other late at night and early in the morning. No respect for other guests. Besides from that, the hotel itself was great. Location was 10 minute walk to nearest MRT.

A little disappointing
The hotel was OK however would not stay again for a number of reasons. 1) Night staff English was almost non-existent 2) Curtains didn't cover the full length of the window so light was coming in, in which found hard to sleep. 3) No times stated anywhere on opening/closing time of the restaurant.

Average hotel ,location not really convenient
First of all when we checked in the staff didnt seem to be aware of this booking even after giving him my name and email. It took awhile to find my booking. Secondly we requested for an extra pillow for 3 of us in family room but only 1 was given and we were not informed beforehand that they can't accomodate to our request. Thirdly, bathroom floor drain got choked the drain is not working well. First night was ok but for second night it got choked. Fourth, Hotel floor was not cleaned properly as our white socks have the floor dirt all sticked to it, the rest was okay by sight. Checkout time the male was polite n helpful but the lobby was so hot and even the restaurant too. Have to request for aircon to be switched on when we ordered some drinks before setting off for airport. Lack of bedroom slippers is also one of the reason why I don't give 5 stars as our socks were all with dirt walking on the floor. Overall its okay an average hotel. Ask me if I would book again maybe yes maybe no. If really book again hope things could be improved. 🙂
