Great location near iconsiam mall, the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be near the icon mall and a train station in bangkok central. Great rooms, cold AC, and good wifi.

Good stay overall. It’s near a very touristy mall so the prices were high, especially for Bangkok. Anyhow, the staff were very friendly and kind! They made the stay very enjoyable.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and nice. The lobby was quiet and the front desk was good. There are also some amenities such as a pool, laundry room, and fitness room. I will be coming back to this hotel again.

Friendly clean hotel

Lovely hotel with just the loveliest staff!! The pool is a great treat in the heat and the on site restaurant has delicious coffee. Highly recommend for a stay in Bangkok!

Hotel was so well located between the BTS, Icon Siam and the River. Staff were so friendly, polite and cheeky. Always willing to assist and up for a laugh. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a fabulous time and would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended

This hotel by the river is such great value for money! It’s about a 10-minute walk to ICONSIAM (they also offer a paid tuk-tuk service). There are two 7-Elevens nearby and a few nice local restaurants around. The room was spacious and very clean, and all the staff were super friendly—they even helped carry my luggage to the room at check-in! I also loved that they provide free bottled water at the reception, which was so convenient to grab on the way out. The pool and fitness center are simple but clean and well-maintained. If I had to mention one downside, the fridge wasn’t very cold. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again—100% recommend! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

The hotel is in a quiet area, my room was very clean and with new modern furniture.There are many massage shops and places to eat nearby, there's also iconsiam mall. The dock is very close and convenient for crossing the upper part of the river and avoiding traffic.

Quick stay for cruise

We only stayed for 1 night as we only came to Bangkok to do a river cruise. We chose the Saan hotel as it is walking distance to the amazing icon Siam shopping entertainment complex and the icon siam piers where we embarked our cruise. The reception staff were very nice and friendly and check in is quick and easy. We never used the pool gym or restaurant due to the short stay but all looked very nice. Our room was small but adequate for a short stay. The Aircon was very good and efficient and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was extremely quiet and we slept very well. We were at the rear of the hotel and the view was not great but this did not bother us. The room is well equipped with slippers gowns toiletries toothbrush etc and had tea, coffee, water fridge and a safe. The TV was very good and had more English channels than I've ever seen in a Thai hotel. Very good stay would highly recommend 👍
