It was nice clean and spacious. The place served one of the best breakfasts that we had in our entire 12-day trip. In a slightly quieter street, I was quite unwell and I was able to rest up and get better in the comfort of this place. I wished I had stayed here throughout our Bangkok trip

Need an outlet close to a table. It might as well have a hanger for a hand towel at a bathroom sink. Staff was very nice. The facilities were clean. The appliances like a fridge and a washing machine were nice and new.

A perfect villa

"It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend you picking one up" Seriously, this hotel was perfect. I booked the private pool suite and was absolutely stunned by how sublime this room (and hotel) was. The quality here exceeds that of other suites and villas at Bangkoks finest hotels.

Location is okay though loads of traffic. The bathrooms has a sewage like smell which comes from the drains - shower and sink. There is also mold in the shower stalls. We changed rooms as a result , to no avail. The staff are very nice though, and very helpful.

Honest Review

The staff are really kind and nice and professional. Location is great and the unit itself is very efficient and clean. There are only two issues that I had during my stay, which could be a problem for some guests. There is no sound insulation through the front door. You can hear people doing dishes and talking from adjacent rooms even though doors are closed. Also, every time a family opens and closes their room door it echoes and vibrates, and is extremely loud. Besides that the towels are very stained and smell unclean. Otherwise the property is excellent. The staff is great.

Amazing accommodation!

Amazing accommodation. Great value, good location, suite with everything needed. Service was wonderful. A young woman working there, long dark hair and glasses, helped me with a medical issue on my first night. She was caring, concerned, went out of her way to help me, and always asked after my health for the 10 nights I stayed there. I hope the management look after her, she's a credit to this accommodation provider.

The unit is minimalist modern with great interior. The staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Need an SOP for housekeeper, because they always forget something every single day i stayed there, for examples: Replenish dishwasher soap, tea, mineral water, etc. Hope WALTON Suites getting better and astonished.

Spacious and Comfortable Service Apartment

Spacious service apartment setting with comfortable and relaxing place I booked a suites with 2 rooms and a balcony(Room 702). A pity that the sofa at the living room maybe damaged which cannot support well even for normal weight. I also found that the towels were a bit old and yellowish that should be replaced with some new one. As for the location, even though a bit far from Phrom Phong BTS, which was around 10 mins walk. This hotel nearby got supermarkets, convenient stores, cafe, massage parlours and Japanese restaurants. You may consider to call grab or take the shuttle bus. But beware of the traffic jam that would happen during peak hours. As for the service, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Food and shopping goods can be placed at hotel lobby area once I asked the reception. During checkout, the staff is also quick enough to notify us I have left a small luggage item in bedroom. Thank you for the quick follow up.
