立地良かったです。ホテル出て左に3分程歩けば大通りに出ます。スタバやTOPSスーパーやレストランやカフェなどが入ったショッピングモールがすぐ近くにあります。マッサージ屋さんも沢山あります。雨季に行ったのであんまり探索出来ませんでしたが、少し歩けば沢山のお店がありそうです。 ホテルのコンディションとしては、お部屋も広くて綺麗だしトイレの流れも良いですし、テラス付きでテラスではタバコの喫煙も可能です。ただ常に臭いが気になりました。部屋と廊下とエレベーター内が常に臭かったです。ペットとの同伴可能なホテルなので仕方が無いのかもしれませんが、臭いに配慮してもらえると満点です。 朝食は何品かある中から選ぶスタイルでした。種類豊富なので4泊しましたが飽きませんでした。　スタッフの方たちも皆さん親切でした。　1番良かったのは、テラスに全自動ドラム式洗濯乾燥機があって自由に24時間無料で使えたことです。雨季だったので非常に助かりました。 タクシーでスクンビット方面にも15分程、サイアム方面にも15分程、チャトチャックまで10分程、空港まで25分程でしょうか。 夕方以降は渋滞になるので倍位の時間がかかるイメージでした。 grabで常に移動しましたので全く不便は感じませんてわした。Uberで色んな宅配サービスも充実してました。 臭いにもうちょっと配慮して頂けたら毎回このホテルに泊まると思います。

When we arrive very late to the property we were given a wrong room which was annoying because we had just had a long flight and wanted to go to sleep. They fixed it no problem. This is our second time stay here and the front desk people were the same, unhelpful and not really nice. The only thing that saved it was the security guard that was so friendly and made sure that the grab that was picking us up was the right one but unfortunately he wasn't here this time so the best part of the hotel left. Super sad. Also, you can do your laundry which is nice but i would just find a better hotel and go to the laundromat instead of staying here. I real wished i liked it more because conveniently starbucks is a block away.

The place Is so well maintained and spotless. The cleanliness is top notch. Staff are extremely helpful. The service they provide exceed expectations. Are not just the concierge that provide excellent service…in fact everyone was so prompt in their responses, so efficient and so polite. U could tell they are genuinely nice and are very sincere.

Pet friendly hotel. Stuffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean. There were many restaurants nearby. Yen Akat is one of the peaceful neighborhoods in Bangkok. Limited parking space.

4성급 호텔, 가성비 호텔로서는 최고!

가격대비 가성비 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 다만 숙소에서 MRT, BTS가 좀 거리가 멀고 아침 조식이 너무 한정적인 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 3분이내 거리에 슈퍼마켓, 스타벅스 및 롱씨 포차나 등 식사할 수 있는 곳이 있고 밤이되면 야시장이 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 또 3층에 있는 수영장과 피트니스는 이용하는데 불편함 없이 매우 좋았던 기억입니다. 그리고 모든 스태프들이 매우 친절하고 정말 5성 호텔 버금가는 서비스를 제공해줬습니다. Bank, Yu, Tong 의 직원들에게 진심으로 고마움을 표현하고 싶습니다.
