Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I didn't get my room, as the building isn't staffed,self check in, I emailed them,and called the number, when I arrived in Bangkok, and got no reply,to email, no pickup on the phone,so I had to find another Hotel.I would like a refund.
