HOTEL FROM HELL
DO NOT STAY HERE. Building work going on at this hotel from July 25th to October 31st so unless you love drilling and banging then I would not stay here. The noise is terrible drilling banging all day the ceiling and floors vibrating. You can taste the dust everywhere and the lift is always busy because they are bringing down bags of rubble. No advance warning from the hotel to inform you of the work being done. Just terrible

All things are good except that the Hotel doesnt provide basic amenities like Bathroom slippers, laundry bag, writjng pad & pen. These are small, inexpensive tangible benefits which every other hotel provides. These add a whole lot of convenience to guests. Saving these, all other aspects of thia Hotel was upto the mark.

Good hotel for a reasonable cost
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is located a couple of hundred meters down on Sukhumvit Soi 20, and about 7-8 minutes walk from Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT Stations. The hotel is fresh with comfortable beds and since it is a bit from the main road, rather quiet during the evenings/nights. There is no breakfast served at the hotel, but there are several options nearby, so that is not a big problem. Observe that some of the rooms do not have any widows. If you are not comfortable sleeping in a windowless room, it is important you check this on your booking.

Staff are brilliant, hotel is well positioned, bed is super comfy(for me!). Well priced! If you want "bells and whistles", then pay more somewhere else but this is a gem otherwise! Plus the bar is well priced for the location, great hairdressers next door too!🙂

Room was clean , bed was comfortable. Very simple room. Service staffs were friendly. The room sound-proof not that good especially corridor noises can be heard easily. The shampoo and shower gel do not expect too much... perhaps need to improve. Overall kinda safe and simple stay hotel.

They do not represent themselves as 5* and taking that into account, the hotel is very good. The rooms are large and clean. The bathrooms are very comfortable with nice standing showers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is full of good eating options from Thai Street food carts to high end foreign restaurants I will certainly stay here again

Just ok - don't be misled by the photos
The hotel is a short distance down Sukhumvit Road Soi 20. A 1,000 baht deposit was taken at check-in. Photos for "Deluxe Hot Deal" and "Deluxe - Early Bird Saving" are misleading as some photos are actually of the Suite. The Deluxe Room does not have a couch or glass bathroom with bathub. The Deluxe Room is actually fairly plain with little by way of furnishings, which was disappointing (especially if your expectations have been inflated by photos of the Suite). There is a mini-fridge and a small wardrobe space but no in-room safe, which was surprising. No balcony. The double bed mattress was two pieces pushed together and is very broad and pretty comfortable. Bathroom was small (whereas the photos look spacious) but ok. Wifi was reliable. Noise was a notable issue. Firstly all rooms and corridors have hard floors, and noises easily carry from elsewhere on the same floor. Secondly, inside the room the windows are not fully sealed and a lot of exterior noise can come in, unlike other hotels with proper sealing/glazing. Fortunately Soi 20 is a dead end road and generally not too busy, but you can hear a lot from the road. Overall, the room and property are not too bad. Difficult to recommend outright, but value for money can be ok if the rate is heavily discounted - as long as you know what to expect.
