Property along with furnishings in the room needs some serious updating as the condition is very old. Hotel needs renovation badly. The hotel is also located too far away from the main Sukhimvit Road to all main shops, malls and attractions. A family on a budget needs to factor in additional cost for taxis since the hotel doesn’t provide a free shuttle for guests.

We stayed in the Traditional Thai Villa's out the back of the Hotel.. wonderful... Shared rooftop pool was amazing.. Shame no Room Service... and Loud Parties every night at the weekend..

We stayed in the two bedroom Thai house for 2 1/2 weeks. Overall, the stay was very nice. The staff were helpful and everyone was very friendly. The hotel is starting to get a little old, but everything is pretty well maintained. we will be staying here again next year.

We enjoyed how quiet the property was and walking distance from most places. But you definitely need some updates. The bed was hard as a rock, the showers need more scrubbing, and the towels and sheets were rough. The spa experience was great and had much softer towels. Food was mediocre.
