The location is convenient. Rooms are tiny but nice. The room can be noisy if your room is at the front of the building facing the Khaosan road.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very nice and the rooms clean/comfortable. The rooftop pool is a very nice bonus touch. Just be warned that the noise will be a bit much if you are a light sleeper in any way. You are right on Khao San Road, the noise will start up in the evening and continue until around 3AM which is also when the hotel is only accessible by foot.

The Mulberry is at the heart of Khao San Road. An easy walk to a lot of touristic attractions including the Temple of the Emerald Buda, Wat Pho and Wat Arun. There's plenty of food and drinking places nearby, the hotel has a swimming pool in the 7th floor and a pool bar, rooms are renovated and beds are very comfortable, to place is also very new. Although rooms are comfortable for a couple, they are in the smaller side - if you don't mind about the space, the hotel is a perfect place to stay.
