The service was absolutely outstanding! My only complaint is that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the main lobby, bar area. I received multiple bites. I recommend adding a double entry door or maybe some mosquito repellent plants. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t like the so called queen bed. 2 twin beds next to each other with a dip in the middle did a number on my back. No wash cloths. Staff was friendly but the hotel needs better amenities.

We stayed at Park Nine because we were in transit through Suvarnabhumi Airport with an early departure the next morning. It was easy to connect with their free shuttle at the airport (they even had a person at the pickup location so you knew you had a seat and when the van was coming). The rooms were comfortable and the on-site restaurant surprisingly good. We booked the free shuttle for the next morning and all went smoothly. What more could you ask for?

The staff was amazing! The pool was nice though there’s very little seating around it. The service in the bar was great. The room seemed a bit run down and the check out process was not very smooth. Make sure you’re early to check out, bring both keys, and know they have to check your room before you leave. One guests airport taxi wouldn’t leave until the hotel let them, and another was taken out of our airport shuttle because he had left the keys in his room to check out.

The condition of the suite is getting stale. They should refresh the interior decor. The noodle soup for breakfast is excellent. There is negligible development in terms of shopping and amenities around the hotel. The only strong point is its proximity to the airport and hourly shuttle bus to the airports

The property is clean, bed comfortable, and excellent breakfast. The staffs are great, nice and friendly. The property is so close to everything, shopping and restaurants, all within walking distance. Only 15 minutes to and from the airport and hotel provides free shuttle even when we arrived after midnight, as most flights from the USA arrived around that time. I recommend this hotel to all travelers with connecting flight.

Check in was easy and we got upgraded which was nice. However I would say, the upgraded room was subpar in my opinion. The room was the worst one of our entire trip - lots of mosquitos in the room when we arrived, the paint was chipping in spots, it was a very hard bed and super fluffy pillows that were hard to sleep on - I slept with a blanket as a pillow instead. Also confusing - they had water in the fridge and outside on the counter - only the water outside of the fridge was free. Not a huge deal but the water in the fridge didnt seem fancy and wasn't sparkling so we didn't even think it wouldve had a cost. Overall the place was ok - only perk in my mind is that it's close to the airport. I'd say if you want something close to the airport, I'd recommend it, otherwise look elsewhere.

My husband travelled to Bangkok and stayed in this hotel. Check in front desk was very rude not to check in early even though travelled long distance and very tired. Waited since morning to until afternoon and asking more Thai currency. I will never stayed again.

The property was well kept up. The room was nice & the dining area was above par, very nice, very good food & very helpful staff in the true Thai tradition. Very pleased overall.
