Nice hotel, one of the stuff won’t give two keys even I have reservations for two people, he give me a weird excuse, also won’t change my room that have a lot of noise, other than that the hotel is nice and clean.

Such an amazing view and complete access to downtown Bangkok, shopping, cultural centers, and dining. This room was incredible and included washer/dryer and mini kitchen. We loved this place though it was very crowded. That was due to the time of year, however, and the hotel was excellent. Will stay here again for sure!

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. Staff need more training, as when we checked out we were accused of taking an item from the minibar that we did not take. We had to pay for the item as we were in a hurry, even after telling staff that we did not take anything from the minibar. So a good hotel, somewhat ruined by staff accusing us of stealing a 30 Baht bag of peanuts! And I have stayed at the hotel many times before!

Recommendation

Newish and neat hotel, great location, nice rooftop pool. Breakfast was delicious. However, the street side can be noisy. Hotel provides airplugs but better have your own, if this is a potential disturbance!

Hotel is good,breakfast is very good,the hotel is not where hotels.com says it is, it is about 800 meters from nearest bts not 200 meters like hotels.com map suggests.

Family friendly hotel in central Bangkok

The hotel was in good condition were the employees spoke great english and were nice and friendly. Breakfast - One of the better I/we had at hotels in Thailand. Pool- Ok size with descent view Gym- Better standard were they have weights and not only thread mills. Playing area (children) - A small corner in the kitchen. Recomended to go to the shopping malls. Location - 10 min walk to the nearest station with good connection to all the big malls (MBK, Siam P so on). Works well for the family with a stroller.

The staff were wonderful and very nice. The room was clean except for quite a few ants. Aircon is very good and cold which we live in hot Bangkok. However the property is more run down than the photos have advertised. Room is a bit on the small side which is fine as long as it’s clean. We stayed in room 306 which have noisy plumbing. We keep hearing water running through the pipes.
