If you expect a luxury hotel for this kind of money you will be disappointed. However if you want to have everything you need and don't mind that it is a bit older at a great location this hotel is highly recommendable.

The hotel is a bit dated, as many reviews mention, but the location more than makes up for it. I’d compare it to a three‑star property in North America, but at about one‑third of the price. The AC worked very well, and we always had hot water with strong pressure. Although the hotel is only about 70 meters from the boulevard, it was surprisingly quiet—we didn’t hear any noise at all. It’s a three‑minute walk to 7‑Eleven and the night market, and about 8–10 minutes to the BLS metro, a nice mall, and Lumphini Park. The staff were courteous, and housekeeping cleaned the room daily, leaving two bottles of water in the fridge each time. Excellent value for the price. We definitely recommend it.
