Please leave the keys in the lockbox after you have locked the front doors and the gate. Please also lock the lockbox as well.

If you used the washing machine, please ensure it is empty. Please leave the used towels in each laundry basket in your room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No shoes inside the house No putting anything in the toilet cause it could be clogged. There will be a $100 fine if toilets are clogged.

Must throw all trash away when checking out. Please help conserve electricity by always turning off lights and AC when leaving the house.
