Custom Elevated 12' x 12' Children's Playhouse & Backyard Adventure Center
This one-of-a-kind elevated 12' x 12' playhouse is designed to create endless fun and imaginative play for kids of all ages. The playhouse features a wraparound porch and interior with a bunk bed, children's hanging swing, and room for creative adventures.
Outside, children can enjoy a 7-foot tunnel slide and a swing set, creating a fun outdoor playground experience.
Beneath the raised playhouse is an additional astro-turf activity area with a full-size hammock, baby swing, monkey bars, tire swing, and other play features that encourage active play, exploration, and family fun.
The playhouse offers a great view of the property and surrounding fields, and it's a wonderful spot to watch the sun set in the evenings.
This incredible backyard play structure combines a clubhouse, playground, and relaxation space all in one, making it a great spot for children's entertainment and outdoor memories. At this time there is not electric ran to the Playhouse. But we can possibly see about running a temporary 100ft cord to the shed to power a fan and cell phone.

This shed was originally hand made by Craig's father around 1974 and has been a part of the property ever since. Originally known as the "Screen House," it was located near the pool—where the pergola now stands—and was used to store pool furniture and firewood during the winter months.
In 2000, the shed was relocated to its current location to make room for the addition of the Great Room. After the move, a temporary metal roof was installed, plywood siding, along with some bracing to help protect the structure's integrity over the years.
Inside the remodeled Playhouse, you'll find a framed photograph showing what the shed looked like around the turn of the current century. We hope you enjoy this small piece of the property's history!


This is a unique property just 12 minutes from downtown South Haven. A quarter of a mile off the beaten path down a quiet dirt road is this newly renovated 3500 sq. ft. ranch style home. Enjoy sunrise and sunsets with 100-acre soybean and corn fields that can be viewed from the family room overlooking the pool and horse pastures. This home has an open concept with plenty of room for guests with two living and dining rooms, rec. room and bonus room in the garage. Your family and friends will feel relaxed and rested after your stay here at Crane View Farms.

The Multi-Sport Court has lines for pickle-ball, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard. We also provide all of the equipment for these games... balls, racquets, etc. Fully illuminated playing surface for after dark fun. Cornhole and numerous other outdoor yard games are on site for you as well.
A red cedar pergola is on the concrete patio by the pool for permanent shade. Also, an 11ft stationary (pole-base bolted in concrete) Cantilever umbrella is poolside for another source of shade. It can also rotate over the pool to add some sun protection while in the pool.

Pool Heat: 78-80 degrees. Please contact owner if you’d prefer temperatures of 85-87 degrees for an additional $250/wk. *** Pool heat will be evaluated on a week-to-week basis and charge extra in May, September & October. Additional pool heat fee may apply during the season of “2026" depending on market fuel prices.

Whole Home Generator is installed, as well as lights for the Sport-Court.

This vacation rental is a privately owned and operated family home located just 12 minutes from South Haven. When not being enjoyed by our guests, our family resides here, making it a well-loved and carefully maintained property.
The property includes two barns, and one is occasionally mistaken for a separate residence. However, there are no other homes on the property. Guests have exclusive access to the grounds and private pool, ensuring a peaceful, secluded, and relaxing experience throughout their stay.
