This is a cozy cape style house. It has plenty of space to spread out with a huge bonus room over the garage as well as two play rooms in the walkout basement. It has a gas stove that keeps the house cozy on cold days, a play room with train tables, foosball table, large TV and comfy couch.. It’s right next to historic Mount Hope cemetery, which is a treasure in Bangor Maine, a beautiful spot to go for a walk or snowshoe. Minutes from Anything you would need. sugarloaf and MDI a short drive!!

Our beautiful home is situated in the heart of Bangor, about four miles from the airport and one mile to downtown. We have lots of room and lots to do for your family large or small. The home is a stones throw from the waterfront concerts, the Cross Insurance Center, Hollywood Casino, many great restaurants and breweries. Bar Harbor/Acadia, Belfast and Camden are about an hour away. There are many great parks and playgrounds near by. City forest has great hiking trails and is right in town.

This is a 3300 square-foot house with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. House was built in 2010.

This is a wonderful neighborhood to walk in and very kid friendly. young kids Love this neighborhood, and many doctors live in this neighborhood because we are minutes from the hospital.

There is a general generator comes on automatically after 5 seconds of no power

Great choice for visiting Bangor

I would recommend this property for any large group. Great location. Close to the highway and shopping and only a few minutes from downtown. Large rooms. Spacious kitchen. Lots of room for large family meals. The basement suite was excellent for our family members who brought their dog. The bonus room was large but access is through one of the bedrooms (hence why it’s a bonus room) so that’s one consideration if you want to use it as a fifth bedroom. (There’s no bed in it so we brought an air mattress). The third upstairs bedroom has bunk beds that are too small for adults. The washing machine didn’t seem to spin fast enough so clothes came out very wet. Our only bad experience was that the smoke detectors went off twice about 20 minutes apart early on our last morning. (No one was cooking but people were showering.). It was quite disruptive. Some of our group were still sleeping and our dog didn’t settle down again. We attributed it to humidity from the shower which can trigger false alarms.

House hunting

We stayed here for a week while my family was searching for a new home in Bangor. It was absolutely perfect for my four boys, my husband and I. We had plenty of room to stretch out, play, continue virtual school, and rest. Also centrally located, easy access to downtown, shopping and highway, the property made it very easy to do everything we needed to do during this trip! Perfect for our needs, and will likely be an amazing place to base summer fun activities for the family. Very good experience, overall.
