"Hotel Balcony is in nice hotel that is located in a really beautiful neighborhood, in the center of Kutaisi. It is near all the best attractions! The owner, Nona is very kind and accommodating! It is such a great value for the amazing stay you get! Free breakfast, great balcony views, comfortable beds, fancy building! Very happy overall and I have high standards!"

"Reasonably comfortable and clean, with very affordable rates. it's a bit of a drive from the center, but the discounted price pays for all of the taxis you'll need. Breakfast is a bit limited, but was tasty. Overall a nice enough little hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful."

There are large single family houses with gardens on the street and recreational park some 10 min walk away, it has a cable car which will take you down to the city centre in 2 min. Family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful, they also have a dog and 3 cats one of which is rescued. breakfasts are great or they can offer you a lunch box if you leave early.
