"Our room was very comfortable. I wish the pool had been a bit bigger. Its one of the only hotels in that area with an indoor pool. Breafast was good. "

"The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem too bothered. Later I found out that it was a the cleaning crew that thought the room was empty. Also, the garage is a bit confusing. All that said, I would stay there again because of the value. Oh, the restaurant was surprisingly good. We had a filet mignon with mashed potatoes and carrots for $29 and it was one of the best we've ever had. "

"The night I arrived the hotel was without power so they put me up in another hotel which was totally understandable. The next afternoon after multiple attempts to find out if they were open I drove by and was told they were back up and running. This wasn't exactly true and there was no hot water and all of the tvs were not working. For two days i had none to very little warm water and the tv was never fixed. Also had an elevator stop while we were aboard and suddenly say this elevator is out of order. When the doors finally opened we exited but the elevator was not operational for the rest of my stay. It is a beautiful hotel but needs upgraded soap and shampoo dispensers and definitely better communication. "

"I can’t stress enough, how important it is to have a clean room and facility. Our room was clean, updated and nice. The facility was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered many items to choose from and the dining area was very clean. They allow pets, I think the first one is free."

"Perfect stay for my husband, dogs & I. Short walk to Bath houses, shops & restaurants. Great dog park & walking trail just 10 minute drive. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. "

"This place was everything and more for what we needed! It's proximity to pretty much anything and everything was a huge plus!!! We walked everywhere we needed to go. Beautiful, older home that you can tell is very much loved by the owners. Can wait to come back and rent this home again!!!"

"This place is a treasure. Beautiful antique and vintage furnishings and decor. Some highlights for me were sleeping in a half-tester bed (my dream bed), the jaw droppingly beautiful ceiling medallion and chandelier in the bedroom , the coveted Hot Springs vintage souvenir pillow cover. (I collect them) and most of all the cherished Princess Leo. I miss her . I also enjoyed relaxing on the upper floor deck. SO peaceful. Loved the boho decor and the view. This place has everything you need. Great location. Close to all of the attractions on Central Ave. Very clean. Madison and Nic are wonderful hosts. Very friendly. Great communication. I totally enjoyed my stay there. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would absolutely stay there again. "
