Walk in, the "shower" is a slight dent in the floor with a partial divider pushing into your leg if you use the toilet. The door howls like a wounded animal when you try to open it or close it. The building has paint coming off it, the entryway lights are physically filthy, covered with cobwebs and a strange yellow stain. 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in toilet and nothing else. Though a drunk in the hallway with a bottle of vodka to provide "color". A wi-fi that generates 1-2 bars on a cell phone PROVIDING you first go outside the door to catch it and don't go too far into the room to try and use it. Too weak to reliably maintain a call with Expedia to complain about the hotel. Words literally fail."

"It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced. Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,"
