This peaceful, centrally located two-bedroom home is just 15 miles from Boone and Banner Elk and close to lots of outdoor adventures like Otter Falls, Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zipline, and Linville Caverns, Inc. When you're not out enjoying a good hot weather hike or some white water rafting with friends, kick back in the spacious living room to stream your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV above the gas fireplace. You'll love the open concept shared between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the furnished deck makes for a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. The kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you need to prepare delicious meals for everyone to enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for four. When its time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite baths to enjoy, the primary bedroom with deck access and the guest room with a flatscreen TV. This home is very close to the entrance of the Grandfather Mountain Profile Trail and to Grandfather Vineyard & Winery.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Easy to get to and close to town. Look for the family of woodchucks on the big rock to the right as you round a curve going up to the condo!

Great Place for a Getaway!

This home was perfect for a long weekend getaway to celebrate our June birthdays! It was very clean, and the decor and furnishings were very nice. We especially appreciated the spiritual touches in the decor. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location is good for access to Boone, Banner Elk, and Blowing Rock. It was very quiet and relaxing!

Excellent stay in the mountains!

This condo was great. Better stocked than the past three places I have stayed. We had all of the primary tools for real cooking. We had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and also dish washing liquid, etc. to last for our three-night stay. Comfortable beds and furniture. Secondary bedroom was a little warmer, but thankfully has an ancillary fan. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hideaway

We went to visit our daughter at App State. It was a great place to let her catch her breath and escape dorm life for a weekend. Super quiet and the furnishings were super comfortable. Loved the soft sheets and soft towels. Only downside you could hear every step your upstairs neighbor took. That being said it was the the only way we knew anyone else was there.

Great location

Lovely well maintained and nicely decorated condo. Beds were very comfortable. The sheets were scratchy though. Bathrooms were roomy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Porch is lovely. A/C is not central so the second bedroom gets warm on days it’s too hot to keep windows open. A nice fan that’s provided helped. Great location for Banner Elk and Boone.

This condo is in a beautiful location; however, it was lacking in cleanliness and VACASA seems to be more robotic than human. The door lock was 10 random numbers, not user friendly or easy to remember. Fingerprints, dust and spots and NO cleaning products for the kitchen except the usual DW or hand soap...nothing to clean the counter with.

Very nice condo, location, and beautiful view of the Grandfather Mountain profile. Place was clean with the exception of one toilet. Very comfortable beds. Low water pressure in showers but not a game changer. Would stay here again.

I have been staying in quite a few Billeaud properties in the past few months and this one is definitely one of the top! It’s spacious, has a great view, is tucked away up the mountain, but the property flattens out, which made it much easier to transfer everything from the car to the condo.It is fully stocked, really has everything you would need and more. We even barbecued on the charcoal grill outside, which was a nice bonus.Check out was very easy and the property management was on top of everything. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend

We loved staying in this condo when I brought my son to the mountains for ASU orientation. Quiet, very homey decor, comfortable furniture, and beautiful views. Only about a 20 minute drive to ASU’s campus. We loved it!
