We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house. It had everything you could want to just chill out and relax. We will definitely book this again!
Beautiful, comfortable home surrounded by stunning views!
We were a family of 9 cousins and 1 aunt who make this trip every year and this was one of the best homes so far. It's beautiful, roomy and clean and it's apparent that comfort was a consideration when planning this home. There were no disappointments in this home and very conveniently located.
Our family really enjoyed our trip to this property in Seven Devils. The location is great and provides all the necessary amenities to help facilitate our stay. The only complaint is the heater was not working downstairs which left some of us very cold overnight. That being said, we reported the issue so I suspect it will be taken care of before the next guests arrive.
We love this vacation spot! This is our second time staying at the property with our 3 kids . The views are gorgeous and we love how private it is without being far from town. There’s plenty of room if we want to invite another family or grandparents to join us next time. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything is very clean and clearly labeled.
Our only complaint was the temperature disparity. With the heat on, the basement bedroom is very cold while the second floor room is very hot. It was hard to keep everyone comfortable at night.
We enjoyed our stay in the lovely home while we went to the Scottish Highland Games at Grandfather Mountain. Our group was made up of 3 couples and a 5 year old. The morning mountain air was very enjoyable as we ate breakfast and enjoyed coffee on the deck. Even in July, the weather was great. Cool mornings and evenings and bright sunny days. There is a air hockey table, but we had other things to do.
The house is centrally located, and the drives to and from weren't too bad (except for Saturday to the games).
If you have young children, go visit the Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park. It is a little expensive ($60/adult & $40/children over 2), but our 5 yr old could ride every ride either alone or accompanied by an adult. They also have many rides just for smaller children.
We had a Blast!
I recommend this home for families. It is spacious, well laid out, and enough room for everyone to congregate for meals.
We were in Seven Devils for a wedding and the house was perfect! There were bedrooms on three floors providing some privacy for our three couples. We enjoyed the fabulous views from the deck! The house was perfectly equipped!
I took my two daughters and five grandkids down for the Land of Oz. So glad we stayed in Seven Devils. The house was set up nicely for togetherness and privacy at the same time. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit. Great family time.

Great place, with great views and all the amenities for a nice stay.
This house is very spacious, well kept, with amazing views. The owners offer more amenities than most rentals. We had a great time during our stay. Read the description, because it is up in the mountains, with steep inclines, so you’ll want to be driving a 4x4 or AWD. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Will book again, when in the area.
Had a lovely winter vacation at this home. It surpassed all my expectations. The home was relaxing, very clean and beautiful to look at. The view from the deck of the mountains and sunsets is spectacular. We will definitely book again in the future. Our family made happy memories here!
We absolutely loved our weekend at this cabin! The house looks newly renovated with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the large table and den space to gather in. Great location for quick trips to Banner Elk and Boone. Would love to stay again! Thanks for sharing your fabulous place!
Our two children and their spouses and children gathered here for our annual tinge together. 5 from Texas, 4 from NC and the two of us from SC. The arrangement of rooms worked perfectly. We mostly just hung out but took a trip to Roan Mtn and hiked one day. We love being together and after missing 2020 this was perfect!!
This house was amazing and met all of our needs! The sunrise off of the porch in the mornings were spectacular!

Amazing cabin
The cabin was phenomenal. Everything was super clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. All rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views. Very bright cabin with lots of windows. Will definitely visit again.
Everything was great except the the garage had (4)four trash cans running over & 4-5 more bags
Kids were looking forward to playing air hockey but the garage stunk to bad. With little ones with us they were finding things close to the floor that we couldn’t see. Sliding door track in master bedroom had at least a dozen dead flies in it. We had to go buy a broom, couldn’t find one there.
The house was just what we wanted. The deer & and fire pit were a plus.
Overall we had a great time
We enjoyed this house with family! It’s set up very well to accommodate a large group, and we were impressed with how clean the home was! The view is amazing- we wish we could have stayed longer.
