High Country Hideaway is one of the more private condos-located on the lower floor of the end building and comfortable year round with heat and air as well as a gas fireplace. Unplug or stay connected with wifi inside and on the porch. Enjoy local restaurants or cook in the well stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate provided, as well as basic spices and oil. Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is a dumpster for trash on the way out of the development. Please deposit trash in there.
Place all used linens in the bathtub. **Don't forget to check behind the exit door and bathroom door for jackets or clothing.
Leave Air temperature at 70. Leave Heat Temperature at 65.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All guests should be registered. Linens are stocked according to guest info. Guest limit is to ensure you are comfortable while you are with us.
Before leaving place all used linens in tub and remove all garbage and food. Onsite dumpster is 24/7. Leave door locked and shades down.
