Cozy up at Hadley Hills condo nestled on top of Beech Mtn in the Pinnacle Inn Resort.

No elevators, 2nd floor condo only accessible by stairs.

No A/C. Ceiling fans are located in each room as well as extra fans in the bedrooms. Summer temperatures range from 60-low 80s and are typically in the low 70's.

Security camera disclosure: 1 ring doorbell camera located by the exterior front door.

We are located at the very top of Beech Mountain. 4WD and/or snow chains are a MUST in the winter months! Please monitor weather for travel conditions.

APRIL NOTICE: The All Seasons Center (pool, hot tub, exercise facility) is typically closed for maintenance. Get our lowest prices of the year! It will be closed April 5th-May 3rd, 2026

Great location, easy access for skiing

Loved this cute little place! We stayed for the weekend for snowboarding at beech and loved being able to walk to the slopes and ski down to the lifts and also the walkable distance to the convenience stores and the delicious pizza place. Jennifer was an excellent host and timely communicator. I’m sure we will be back!

Oasis in the mountains

This property is wonderfully decorated with lots of small touches, cozy blankets in every room, and comfortable beds and furniture. Walking in was like walking into your own home. The morning sunrise or sunset from either deck is breathtaking. It’s conveniently located to everything you’ll want to do and you can walk right into town through a well-maintained path. Although we weren’t there much, when we were it was a comfortable, well-appointed space.

Late summer visit

When I was looking for a place, we wanted to be closer to Boone where our son lives, but we booked last minute on ASU move in weekend. We have always stayed in Boone, well it turns out that we loved this location! We ventured out for hiking everyday and returned for the evening. We could walk to dinner every night down the greenway. Then come back, watch the sunset and head to the pool. Charming area! We will definitely return in the future!

The condo was very cozy and perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed to get started was there. Our children loved the pool/hotbtub/games in the commons area. The deer all around were beautiful as well. It is located in a great spot near alot of restaurants and sledding for kids. Great place!!
