With access to an indoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, an exercise room, and a sauna, this is the perfect spot for your next ski adventure!

Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

The View is without equal

No parking at the condo. Have park at the bottom of the property and take the shuttle. The shuttle is dirty and run down. The rental property had mold, mildew, and dirt.

Comfortable home like and a lovely view of Grandfather mountain. You really are above it all. Sometimes you will even find yourself in the clouds! The apartment is well kept but the rest of the the buildings are like being in an 1980 low budget motel. No where to walk or park and they do a good job shuttling you to and from your car. The wind whistles through the windows if you don’t have them sealed tight. Not great for enjoying opening of windows for enjoying mountain air. Vacasa was great service. If anyone who does maintenance the shower in master does not drain well and toilet likes to regurgitate even tiny bits of toilet paper! I wouldn’t stay here again.
