This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living space inviting you to unwind. Spend your days hiking through Emerald Outback Trails, doing slaloms down Beech Mountain, tasting local wines at the vineyards, or cruising on mountain biking trails. No matter what brings you to Beech Mountain, this condo makes the perfect home base!

PARKING: Gravel parking lot specific to the Holiday Beech Villas Guests. ONE parking hang tag is provided for guests and must be visible during your stay. If not visible, you risk getting your car towed.
***PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT PARKING HANG TAG BACK ON THE KITCHEN COUNTER BEFORE CHECKING OUT!! In the event the parking pass is not put back, there is a $20 REPLACEMENT FEE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
***Upon arrival, you will walk to the second building (Unit G) found on your lefthand side where you'll find a set of about 10 steps, at the bottom of the steps you'll see the door to The Cozy Beech ahead of you.

This place is just as pictured, easy to acces, close to the restaurants and slopes (even though we were sad because they were still closed). The decor is very cute, with plenty of confy blankets. We enjoyed our stay!

Super cute condo highly recommend

Condo was clean and just the perfect little place for a weekend getaway without the kiddos. We did not bring our dog but I appreciated how they even had welcoming accommodations for the fur babies. Price was very reasonable as well. Would absolutely stay there again

A great place to ride out a storm

My husband and I set out for a week at Beech and were not disappointed with our stay. The condo is well equipped, the location is great, and the view is lovely. When we got stuck during Hurricane Helene, it was also a great place to be. We were centrally located to town, the ski resort, and had a great group of neighbors to lean on while riding out a crisis.

This is definitely a small place but could easily hold four people comfortably. It was very clean but a little dated, but who cares, you’re there to snowboard, mountain bike, or just spend time in the mountains. I would stay in this condo again for sure!

So clean and cozy! A great getaway!

We had a great time staying in the Cozy Beech Condo! It had everything we needed to destress and enjoy the mountains. It was so clean! Sitting on the deck and enjoying the cool air was perfect for our morning coffee. The bed was so comfy and we slept great every night. Walking distance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort!

This the perfect property if you are visiting the ski resort! If you follow the gravel drive it will take straight to the ski resort without any hills. The wildlife in the area is amazing! We enjoyed watching the deer frolicking around the resort while drinking our coffee on the deck. We slept well on the memory foam mattress and super soft sheets. We’ll definitely be back!

Woolly Worm Festival

Quick weekend get away to attend festival and take in the beautiful fall foliage. The Cozy Condo is just that and felt very homie. The location is great and easy to find. The parking got a little tricky as it was a busy weekend so lots of folks but it was ok. The condo is very clean and comfortable. I like to mention the bed is very comfortable and that's not always easy to find when traveling. Very nice little rental and highly recommend!

Cozy and quaint

Love love love this property! Our son ( 6 years old) enjoyed the outdoor area surrounding the condo, even better there was snow when we first arrived- being Floridians that was the plan all along! Clean, cozy, and very close to beech mountain which was a plus for the breaks my son often needed after hours of snowboarding then on to hiking adventures! Our dog Milli enjoyed the space as well! We will be asking to return for more snowboarding trips in the future! Shelbi, thank you for being so responsive and friendly- you made the beginning of my sons Christmas vacation pleasant!

Very Nice Mountain Getaway at Beech Mountain!

Our recent stay with our two dogs at this unit on Beech Mountain was an absolute delight, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. The location of the rental was within walking distance to the base of the resort. It was incredibly convenient to access all the fun activities and attractions the mountain had to offer. The rental itself was well-appointed. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to prepare our meals. The cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, and we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. Access was incredibly accommodating the day we arrived and the unit was very clean. It's evident that the owners take pride in their property and go above and beyond to ensure their guests' comfort. We had a terrific time and certainly plan to return. If you're looking for a very nice mountain getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend this Beech Mountain retreat. You won't be disappointed!

Cleaning company didn’t show

Due to the cleaning company not showing up, we did not stay at this condo. After checking in (the owner provided the checkin information per schedule), we realized the condo had not been cleaned (beds and towels were dirty, trash not removed and there was a slight odor of previous pet. We are pet owners and don’t mind a pet friendly place, we just wanted it cleaned before we used it). The cleaning company was not able to get there in a reasonable time, so we decided to stay in a different location. The owner was VERY understanding and worked very hard to refund all our money in a timely fashion. From what we could tell of the condo, it was very much what the pictures show, and was quite nice other than the cleaning issue. And the location to the mountain was amazing! I give the owner 5 stars for her effort to correct the mishap with the cleaning and do right by us!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway

LOVED our stay here. It was super cozy and accommodating. The outside balcony was so relaxing and a lovely place to drink coffee in the morning. This was our first trip ever to Beech Mountain and will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future!
