Sugar Ski Economy One Bedroom - Unit 115

This is a first floor one bedroom condo in building 1. Free WI-FI. The living room offers a 20 inch TV, queen sleeper sofa and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with many accessories. There is seating for 2 at the dining table. In the master bedroom there is a queen size bed. In the hallway is a set of built in bunk beds for those under 5' tall. From your private balcony you will have a mountain view and a partial view of Oma's Meadow. This unit does not have washer/dryer. There is a coin operated laundry on property. The new clubhouse is ready for guests with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. The property also has tennis courts and outdoor grilling areas to create a nice evening meal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I spent 6 months at this property. Three months in one unit and three months in another. The property rests in a gorgeous setting. High elevation and long range views. Both units were very clean and comfortable. While much could be said of the property, it is the people that make a place. The ladies manage, administer and clean while the men perform the maintenance. Both groups of people were a joy to be with.

This was our second stay and we will definitely come again. The units are a little out of date but serviceable and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although a little worn, the property is well taken care of and in a spectacular location. The shuttle bus to the resort saved us on a very popular/busy day. Some noise from the snow making but you have ski in/out. We'll be back! Unit got a little noise on first night from building entrance due to bedroom adjacency. Unit was clean.
