"We loved our stay at this home! Everything was as stated. Beds were comfortable, which can be hit and miss with some VRBO‘sand all the amenities were there. Communication with the property management was awesome. They were always attentive. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We will stay here again!! "

"The host was very attentive; however, the house was a bit of a letdown. We had to empty (filled with previous people food, produce, etc.) and clean out the refrigerator before we could fill. The patio was dirty - had to wash off table and chairs before we could even use. The kitchen cabinets were full of crumbs, etc. The bath lighting bad may be due to extremely dirty light fixtures and burnt out bulb. Way too expensive for what it was. "

"Very clean and well laid out floor plan and close to Olive Mill, San Tan Flats, nice golf course - Los Colinas. Perfect for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents to stay! The pool is not heated, so definitely needed the warm temps (90s/100s) to enjoy it! There is also a very nice community pool nearby the house too! Would definitely stay again! "

"This is a great property for a short stay. The bed was comfortable. Having access to a washer and dryer was also a bonus. It was advertised as a kitchenette. There is a full size refrigerator, but without a stove and oven it's really not functional unless you want to dine-out or take-out your whole stay. There's also not enough dishes, cookware or bakeware to actually prepare a meal. This is attached to the main house with a locked door, but you can expect to hear the renters in the main house."
