"Excellent stay from start to finish. Room was lovely with all you need (an extra couple of soap sachet for two people would make it perfect). This is the best place to stay in Goulburn hands down. EV charging and Roses cafe next door just finish it off. Thanks Abbey team. You knock it out of the park. "

"So much more than we had hoped for. It’s not a surprise it’s a 10/10 listing. Lynda and Paul have created a beautiful self contained guest house with all amenities carefully considered and curated. My kids (3 & 5) LOVED being surrounded in the country with the sheep and their lambs, with the ability to bottle feed a few of them. They can not stop talking about it. We are looking forward to coming back again. Hop tips; - follow Lynda’s check in directions, not Google maps- minimal shops nearby. Stock up on your essential items prior to arrival (main towns 30 mins away recommended) because once you’re there you won’t want to leave. There is an IGA equivalent in the nearby town though- we were glad to bring farm shoes / gum boots when out venturing the paddocks- If you’re an animal lover, one night probably won’t be enough"

"Easy cueck in, room was lovely and clean, it had everything you need for a very comfortable stay"

"It was convenient for our needs. You could tell they are upgrading the property which is needed. Our Family room was ok for one night as we were just transiting through. Our bathroom had been newly renovated but the rest of the room needs to be done. The room next door was going through a Reno and the building had been painted. If you have a trailer/van parking is extremely limited. Best to contact them beforehand. The person working there was was extremely helpful and friendly."
