"As an academic I have trouble giving more than 9/10 but this property is 12/10. Staff in all areas particularly reception were amazingly helpful well beyond any 5 star big city hotel. The hotel is a brilliant older building in excellent condition. In house fining brilliant - bfsst and dinner. Value is outstanding. Rooms are a little tight but what can one expect. "

"The farmhouse was spectacular! It had plenty of space for us, and, if we were traveling with children, would have been very inviting to small children. The setting is very pastoral and calm. You were able to cook our dinners in a well stocked kitchen and had easy access to the Rock of Cashil and a day trip into Cork."

"This was perfect for a destination wedding. We spent a couple days at the castle relaxing and prepping a little for the wedding. After the wedding day we had several days to explore a number of places. Zane was wonderful in helping arrange a catered meal for the 12 of us in the formal dining room one night. The photos of the wedding of course are stunning with the house/castle and gardens as the backdrop. "
