My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The hotel said they had not received my bookings evening though they confirmed it on email. The manager told me they were fully booked and we couldn’t stay there which I find hard to believe. The manager and his colleague even laughed a couple of times between themselves while this was going on. ...
