In the Puig Del Mas district, just 3 minutes from the town center and the beach, this beautiful 3-sided house on 3 levels offers excellent amenities. The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious living room. The upper floors feature two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The garden is landscaped with trees and decorated with numerous Mediterranean plants. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included and must be reserved with the agency 10 days prior to your arrival.

Beau gîte très bien situé au calme

Procédure d'arrivée impeccable. L'agence nous a contacté 2 semaines à l'avance pour arranger notre arrivée. On a reçu un sms le jour même pour prévenir que le logement etait libre plus tôt. Logement spacieux correspondant totalement à la description. Endroit calme et vue splendide sur les coteaux. A recommander.

Nous sommes satisfait de la location, jolie maison bien équipée et propre. Points négatifs, le compteur électrique n'est pas à disposition car celui-ci est situé dans le garage fermé à clés. Nous avons eu un problème avec la plaque à induction le samedi, nous avons du attendre lundi matin pour obtenir l ' aide de l'agence, pour couper l'électricité, et faire redémarrer la plaque (l'agence n'a pas répondu le week-end). Nous n'avons pas utilisé le barbecue car très sale, il ne donnait pas envie d'y faire cuire sa viande. Nous ne sommes pas contents de l'agence qui ne fait pas d'état de lieu devant nous ni au début, ni à la fin du séjour. Nous avons du demander une preuve de chèque de caution annulé, que nous avons reçu, faut le dire. Accueil peut sympathique à la remise des clés, on ne nous demande même pas notre nom, ni si tout c'est bien passé.

Deja, les photos de l'annonce ne correspondent pas a la realite. Par exemple, le lit avec barrieres tout autour n'existe pas. Ensuite multiples prestataires inhumains: il s'agit d'une agence dont le nom differe de celui indique sur le site d'abritel (filiale ou quelque chose du genre). Multiples exigences, style obligation de les appeler au moins une semaine avant l'arrivee sauf qu'ils ne sont jamais ouverts et quand ils le sont, ils ne repondent pas... Quand on arrive a les avoir, aucune reponse aux questions (par exemple: est ce qu'il y a le wifi dans cette location? Reponse: on ne sait pas mais on peut vous louer une boite hors de prix pour ca). La procedure est on ne peut plus complexe et contraignante: il faut a chaque fois se deplacer a l'agence situee dans une rue pietonne sans aucune possibilite de stationnement a proximite (ce qu'ils ne precisent pas quand on leur demande ou elle se situe), et ce de multiples fois durant le sejour: a l'arrivee puis une deuxieme fois pour leur remettre une caution meme si on leur signale de nombreux dysfonctionnements, et encore au moins au depart ou ils ne rendent meme pas le cheque de caution. En insistant, ils etaient censes m'envoyer une preuve de sa destruction mais qui n'a jamais ete recue... A l'arrivee dans le logement, aucun accueil, aucun etat des lieux, aucune attention de bienvenue. Sur la photo de l'annonce, on voit un garage, qui existe dans la realite mais dont on ne possede pas les cles. De meme, dans la maison, de nom
