- A 13 m² balcony, south-west facing with furniture (table, chairs and deckchairs) to enjoy the fine weather and equipped with an awning.

The flat is ideally located on the flat in the village of Banyuls-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market and children's play area are just a few minutes' walk away. You'll love the area's narrow streets and numerous wine cellars, the Mediterranean vegetation (lemon trees, orange trees, bougainvilleas, cacti and succulents, etc.), and the immediate proximity of the sea, water sports activities and the coastal path. You're also just a few minutes' walk from the starting point for hikes in the vineyards or in the mountains.
