Regina’s Banyuls - Charming house by the beach

This large and charming house is located just 50 m from the beach in Banyul's older neighbourhood. The house has 3-4 floors, 100 sqm with space for 6-8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a lovely roof terrace. It is located on a quiet street next to the bakery, restaurants and shops.

On the ground floor there is a large garage, hall and separate toilet. On the 1st floor is the kitchen which is fully equipped and a small glazed porch. On the same floor is the lounge with a spacious dining table and sofa bed for two. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on this floor. On the 2nd floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with a double bed and a lovely balcony, the other with a single bed. On this floor is the bathroom with a small bathtub / shower and toilet. Finally, on the upper level you will find the highlight of the house a penthouse with terrace! There is an interior room with large window doors, seating areas and a single bed. On the large terrace (15 sqm) there is a comfortable sofa and a large dining table. The view is stunning over the mountains and rooftops.
