Large duplex of 75 m 2 classified 3 stars air-conditioned with beautiful sea view and mountain terrace fully equipped for 6/8 people at the entrance of Banyuls sur Mer. Located 250 m from ELMES beach and 300 M downtown and shops and very close to Spain.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with individual air conditioning and bathroom. Downstairs large living room with reversible air conditioning and 2 convertible sofas, separate kitchen equipped (dishwasher, gas washing machine etc. back-to-back garage and free shaded parking nearby. Free wifi tv lounge garden plancha etc.
Ideal for family vacations.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden für den Preis. Einziges "Problem" wäre die Badezimmer/Toilettensituation. Eine Toilette für 6 Personen ist schon wenig aber für 2 Wochen auch Mal machbar. Die Lage ist zwar am Berg aber nah am Strand und nah an der Promenade. Die Straße ist sehr eng aber selbst mit großem Auto sind wir hinbekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder
