We stayed 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel property is nice but the room is a bit dated. We noted there stains on the side tables and in the sink when we checked-in. However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful view and some other things

We enjoyed our stay at Dialoog. It is too far from the center to walk, but you can ask for a driver, get a bluebird taxi yourself or ask the hotel to rent their bikes. We were given an upgrade of the room which was very enjoyable. However I still suspect my mom who was travelling with us but was staying at a different hotel, haha. But the view is amazing, the food (depending which items) are enjoyable and the room we had was very nice. Roomservice is late so if you take that in mind than it won’t bother you. And don’t mind whatsapping them if they forget to bring your money change, because we had that problem. Also we had car troubles three times to and from our trip to IJen (Dialoog their car) so we missed the sunset unfortunately and we arrived around 1pm back at the hotel instead of 9 or 10 am! We did get complimentary coconut drinks once we said something about it. The guide (not from Dialoog) was really great! We had one breakfast package, but we didn’t get one drink with it and the fish smelled - so we didn’t really wat it.

Die Lage ist atemberaubend: Der Blick auf Bali, besonders bei Sonnenauf- und -untergang, hat uns ständig staunen lassen. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur makellos sauber und perfekt ausgestattet, sondern das Team überraschte uns sogar mit einem Upgrade– das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht! Doch was dieses Hotel wirklich einzigartig macht, ist der außergewöhnliche Service – der beste, den wir je erlebt haben! Jedes Teammitglied war herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns Desi, die uns jeden Morgen mit ihrer fröhlichen Art und ihrem strahlenden Lächeln den Tag versüßt hat. A relaxing paradise on the sea. What an amazing resort. Beautiful grounds and gardens, pool overlooking ocean with a seaside restaurant serving such fresh delicious meals. The room is so clean spacious and comfortable including a large outdoor balcony to relax. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always have a smile for you when you pass by, even behind a mask. I enjoyed the organic garden on the property seeing the fruits , vegetables and chickens an goats all being grown with care to show what the world can do. If you get tired of relaxing in your room or pool then a gym and spa are here also. Many organizaed adventures available also. This property is worth a relaxing visit. And did I mention clean, never seen a property so well maintained as this. Awesome!!

best hotel in Banyuwangi

we stayed 2 night at the ocean suites. spacious, clean and serene. the hotel is relatively new and the ground is well taken care. check in is easy. polite staff the room is clean, a few mosquitoes during the evening but nothing a spray couldnt solve by the staff. bedding and bathroom amenities are excellent. the hotel is near perfect except for it lacks of leadership for their staffs.

Hotellet är modernt. Läget är mycket lugnt och säkert och hotellet ligger en bit från övrig bebyggelse. Det ligger alldeles vidden strand, som består av svart lavasand. Vid vårt besök hade det regnat/regnade och stranden och vattnet verkade inte helt rena. Vid bättre väder är det säkert en utmärkt strand. Det finns en utmärkt rymlig pool alldeles vid stranden. Frukosten var bra, även om den inte riktigt var i europeisk smak. Men det är så på hotell i allmänhet i Asien. Servicen var utmärkt och personalen var väldigt trevlig. Vid middagen verkade emellertid köket något långsamt. Betyget i andra recensioner har varit ”enastående” och jag kan hålla med. Jag återvänder gärna.

View dialoog hotel banyuwangi bagus banget. Untuk yg ocean view bisa langsung lihat selat bali dari kamar, garden view bisa lihat taman di hotel. Kalau yg suka tempat2 istagramable cocok banget kesini.. dari segi fasilitas hotel dan breakfast ya okelah untuk hotel ini. Karena memang yang dijual ada viewnya.. btw kata resepsionisnya baru agustus 2018 beroperasi.. jadi masih fresh banget kondisinya..
