The staffing was excellent, rooms clean and in very good condition. The lack of evening cooking on some evenings was unfortunate when the rain fell and shopping facilities were limited close at hand. Otherwise the hotel was on very good.
I would point out that compared with Rome Belfast has an excellent purveyor of Havana and other cigars in Miss Moran's off High Street. It puts all the tobacconists I visited to shame, even the one recommended by an Italian gentleman.

"Beautiful hotel and rooms with views over the valley. Staff extremely polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do - the 15th floor lobby entrance makes it even more convenient vs the main entrance!"
