"Hotel was close to the airport, the location does have laundry machine which seem to feel like it was on the other side of the building. Had an issue with the AC unit in my original room but guest services was able to move us to a better room. Breakfest was include and some what decent, just don’t expect a 5 star meal. Distance to the nearest subway was about 15 to 20 minutes walking, shuttle drive was nice to drop us off to a near by one."

"Fantastic airport hotel. It is clean, modern, comfortable, and extremely well run. The staff was excellent, and the airport shuttle was a huge plus. We had a 5:00 a.m. flight to Hong Kong, so staying here was a much better choice than leaving Zhuhai around 11:30 p.m. and traveling through the night. We were able to get some sleep, wake up, take the shuttle, and arrive at the airport relaxed instead of exhausted. The room was outstanding and very business-friendly. By U.S. standards, this felt like a six-star hotel. I have stayed in five-star hotels in the United States that were nowhere near as nice. Excellent value ($38/night), excellent staff, spotless room, and perfect for an early flight. I would absolutely stay here again."

"I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be. "We arrived in Guangzhou and headed to a hotel we had booked weeks before our arrival. What we saw was significantly different from what we had seen! So we cancelled our reservation and started the search. We visited 2 other hotels and then, there was Element!!! The staff were great and even helped us get good rates for the double room. You could see and appreciate the effort to communicate past both our language difference. Housekeeping were super respectful and considerate. They represented the hotel brand rightly. Breakfast was good, really good! Our overall experience was just awesome. I advised a family member coming for the canton fair to book a room in Element immediately. They did. I highly recommend Element . Oh! Did I mention the gym and the proximity to the metro. The complex it is located within is phenomenally and exquisitely designed. A beautiful place to take a tranquil walk alone or with the family. You can' t go wrong!"
