Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

Very modern hotel in the Pudong area of the city. Located on the metro ( lines 4 & 14) so very convenient to get around the city. 20 minute walk to the business centre towers such as the Shanghai tower.
Rooms are well appointed, although I don't get the logic behind the light switch locations. It's a puzzle to figure out. Carpets def need cleaning, makes one appreciate the complimentary room slippers.
One star off because the pool was closed for no apparent reason, and after a summer day hoofing around the city, that swim was very much missed.
I would go back.

"5th visit here. Centre of town, by people’s sq and a 1.5 mile walk straight down pedestrian road to the bund. Tube which is really easy and cheap ($0.4 a ride) is here heading to both airports and many other destinations. Room was superb with supper comfortable bathroom and picture window overlook ..."
