"I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left.
I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are all nice and have great views facing the bay - nice, quiet location too. "
"No nice breakfast, staff didn’t turn on the light for me when I wanted to take my birthday picture as a solo traveler who arrived by 10pm, no birthday surprise for me even after mentioning it, nothing to eat for breakfast I didn’t even eat the last breakfast.. my room which they said was upgraded to sea view had a scraped of paint near the bathroom, the bed are so uncomfortable and very low..
The staff were really nice but I’m not staying here again. Not happy I wasted my money."
