Our spacious ground floor of the house (110m2) is located in Bar (Susanj) about 500 meters far from the beach. It comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. It's just 3 minutes' drive to the beach, or about 10-12 minutes walking. The house is ideal for families who wants to spend calm holiday for low budget in a really big space and explore the whole city of Bar.

We have two separate bedrooms and a big living room with sleeping sofa. The house features private parking, huge terrace, A/C, internet, Cable TV, washer, dishwasher, kitchen, full bathroom, garden and barbecue. We supply all the utensils, linens and towels. The house is conventionally located along the main road that goes along Montenegrin coast which makes day trips to other destinations very doable. I am ready to socialize with the guest, and to act as tourist guide if they need. This is a perfect spot for family vacation!
Usually, I have a lot of same guests(groups) coming every year, and if you have doubt you can always look at the reviews and find some useful information. No smoking allowed inside the house.

Other things to note
So, many people are asking why Bar instead of Budva, Tivat or Kotor? So, Bar(Susanj) is situated less then 40 km form Budva, around 60 km from Kotor and 63 km from Tivat. Easily you can always rent a car (prices from 30 euro per day) and reach to this towns in less than an hour. When you compare Bar to another towns there are a lot of differences.

Bar is wide city, without traffic collapse. In the whole town, you have free parking. Even if you do not have car, it is not a problem. There is the biggest promenade in the whole Montenegro, and you can easily go by foot. Even it is high touristic season you do not have a feeling that it is crowded. Bar is around 3 times cheaper than Budva or Kotor (in terms of supermarket prices, cafes, restaurants and beach services). It is very calm city ideal for families. The whole summer touristic organization is organizing wide variety of festivals and concerts for tourists, and the prices are from 2-5 euro per person. Some of those are free, too.
