"Dirty room. Staff told me towels weren’t included so we bought them, they were. Pools were so cold my kid didn’t want to use them. Rooms are not internal to park, you’re walking outside and this wasn’t notated anywhere. It was cold pools were freezing including hot tub. We went to swim at another resort. "

"This hotel feels quite outdated, and the staff were neither accommodating nor welcoming. A major disappointment was the restaurant being closed, which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Additionally, the indoor pool was freezing. When I brought this up, the staff member insisted the heater was on, even though he had just arrived for his shift. While the water in the jacuzzi was lukewarm, the jets were completely non-functional, making it little more than a soaking tub. Walls between rooms are thin, we could hear people talking, plus slamming doors. Small bathroom, lack of lighting to get ready near bathroom. The only saving grace was that the bed was actually very comfortable, which we appreciated and we loved the view from our balcony."

"I loved the hotel. However, my sink flooded and no one ever came to fix it. "

"The pools were nice and the waterslides were all open during our stay. During a prior stay some of the waterslides were not working. Also the gym is extremely outdated. "

"We had a deluxe condo suite booked and paid for at the Wilderness resort in Wisconsin Dells. Upon arrival, after being given the runaround, we were told we'd been relocated to hotel off sight. Our deluxe condo with kitchen living area and separate bedroom turned into a double queen hotel room. And, we were charged a resort fee. We weren't given a suite even though they were available at the hotel. Extremely dissatisfied."
