Comfortable semi-detached house in a residence - Sleeps 4/6 - Approximately 32 m². The ground floor comprises a living/dining room with a fitted and equipped kitchenette, a cabin bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet. Upstairs, a cabin bedroom with two single beds, a mezzanine with a sofa bed and a television, and a shower room. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, and flat-screen television are also available. Enclosed garden. Garden furniture, two sun loungers, and a portable barbecue. Dogs are welcome with the owners' agreement. Parking is available in the residence. A cleaning fee of €87 is available. Optional and non-included services, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:
