Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The property also features a television, washing machine, oven, multifunction microwave, induction hob, and refrigerator/freezer. The enclosed, tiled courtyard is not overlooked and features garden furniture, two armchairs, an electric barbecue, and a parasol. There is a parking space in front of the house, on the street side. Pets are not allowed. A cleaning fee of €60 is available. Optional services not included, to be reserved 1 month prior to arrival and subject to availability:
