 Ideal for families, this single storey house located 1km from the beach is ready to welcome you. Modern and well appointed, this beautiful location will allow you to relax during your holidays. You will find in the first room a double bed and a dressing room for the parents and in the second room 2 beds a place, a bed in mezzanine as well as a large dressing room to have all your belongings there.
Its fully equipped kitchen delimited by a bar overlooking the living room. This small cocooning lounge gives direct access to the sublime veranda. This newly remodeled porch allows you to enjoy the Vendée air whatever the weather. Very well arranged, it gives on the terrace of 15m2 and on a large fenced garden ideal for exposing you to calm.
A few steps from a playground and 1 km from the beaches, this house is perfect for your family vacation.
The owners put at your disposal 2 bikes for adults as well as equipment for fishing on foot. At high tides, the island of Noirmoutier is an ideal playground for small and big fishermen.

The island of Noirmoutier is known for its typical landscapes; the passage of Gois located in Barbâtre, potato crops and salt marshes give it all its charm. The activities are numerous and for all ages: swimming, relaxing, walking in the footpaths, sand yachting or even sliding sport.
Barbâtre is 7km from a sandy beach to enjoy the sun and the joys of the sea. Pass the dunes and take your camera to discover the famous protected site Polder of Sebastopol. Rich in various animal and plant species, you can observe the birds and perhaps you will have the opportunity to make a selfie with the cow market gardening.
