"Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused. "

Many hotels near Brussels South Charleroi claim to have a free shuttle, but it often turns out to be a paid taxi. This one truly offers a free shuttle bus, which was a huge plus! We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The 4:40 a.m. shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful. Overall, this hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Charleroi. I would definitely stay here again! "
