"My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice."

"This place was fantastic. Note....we did not get the all inclusive. The room was so clean and fresh. Had the ocean view on the 4th floor. Sleep was very quiet so woke up well rested.
