"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "

Dazu noch freundliche und liebenswerte Vermietung, die uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen hat. Das Abendessen - gekocht vom Hausherren - war vom Aperitiva bis zum 2. Gang perfekt. "Alfonso was easily accessible for all our needs. The asthetic of modern farmhouse mixed with vintage flair was perfectly curated. There was the most beautiful homemade breakfast from the farm every morning, and dinner every night if you would like. Be sure to check your email prior to checkin as you have to book dinner 24 hours before checkin. Our email went to spam and we missed the reservation but Alfonso was so gracious to still cook us dinner with only a few hours notice. There were kittens...

10/10 Excellent

"Staff very helpful! Room was ready early which was wonderful since we arrived before the check-in time with all of our luggage. Excellent location - only a few minute walk to the train station. Close to shopping/dining options. Since we travelled to Italy in late September/early October, we found out after the first night that they turn the A/C off at night so our room was a little warm for sleeping. They did offer us a fan to use. Good breakfast options. Loved our stay!"

"The room was small but manageable. Location was good and walkable if you don’t mind 20 min walks which is a long time if you’re trying to get some where. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. Dinner was good. Limited choices though. Loved the cool water in the automatic fountains. Went Sept 8-10. Hotel was a bit pricey for my taste but cute hotel. Had a gym but didn’t use it. The beds were 2 twin size and we pushed them together. We were too tired to ask for a full size or queen. Loved the bidet, the bidet towels and intimate wash. Shower was amazing. The offered some sort of spa service wish we had time to partake. Pros- GYM, spa if you have time, breakfast- many selections even cappuccino, savory and sweet breakfast. Shower nice and spacious!! Bathroom was large. Extremely helpful and kind staff. Water coolers in the hallway to help you stay hydrated. It was very refreshing. Saw microwaves near vending machines in case you had leftovers from dinner. Cons- few selections for dinner, 20-25 min walk from famous sites."

"Great and affordable hotel outside Florence so we could have a pool to cool down in. Lovely restaurant on site, didn’t explore food options in walking distance. Helpful staff who explained bus routes etc into Florence Bus route with various app really easy to follow and buy ticket. Took about 20 mins to get into centre. We travelled in August and it was late 30’s temp wise each day so was a relief to come back to the hotel each afternoon to cool off in air con and pool. The family room we had was two enormous Rooms very spacious. Second room had space for three kids. Wonderful hotel would recommend and return if I was ever going back to Florence"
