"Nous étions de passage pour une nuit. Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant 22h, nous pensions s’être trompés de quartier, l’hôtel est au fond dans un quartier qui semble industriel. L’accueil était le pire. Je n’ai jamais été aussi mal reçu dans un hôtel! L’homme à l’accueil nous donnait l’impression qu’on le dérangeait. Il nous a servi rudement et il a même caché le panneau indiquant un spa sur le toit lorsque mon conjoint me l’a pointé. Des clients locaux sont entrés peu après nous et ont été...

"Very good dinner at the hotel. Breakfast also good. But the shower is horrible. I am not sure who designed that shower…"

"The staff were very helpful and acomidating to my family. We tried to buy some water from the resteraunt before leaving and instead they gave us a free little if water and sweet breads for my children. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again the next time we travel through Romania"
