Studio on the ground floor of the house owners also hosting 2 guest rooms. Fitted kitchen open to living room (1 bed 140x190cm + 1 sofa bed). Shower room (large shower) with WC. Washing machine + dishwasher. Private terrace. Parking on site and garage for motorcycles / bicycles. Linen included + beds made. Towels provided. Wifi internet connection. Old school with a large garden with terrace and barbecue in the heart of the village. Magnificent stone house in a preserved environment in the quiet and near the shops, services and public transport. Carefully renovated stone residence just 6km from the center of Chambéry (historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, City of Art and History) and 17km from the slopes of La Féclaz. Ideally located for exploring the Chartreuse and Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Parks in winter and summer (downhill and cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, etc.). Lake Bourget is 15km away (France's largest natural lake). Numerous cultural, sporting, and recreational activities are nearby.
